User talk:Jinhua
I'm currently adding the Tamil names of Singapore places based on some references I have. I'm a Chinese so I won't know if I have typed wrongly, so please correct if you see any errors! Jinhua 04:30, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
- Do you mind telling us what your source(s) for these names are? =) — Kimchi.sg | Talk 05:13, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
- From MRT/LRT System Guide which I took from a MRT station some years back. =) Jinhua 07:33, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
- I saw the message you left on my user page. However, please note that it is best to leave messages for other users on their user talk page, not their user page. ;-)
- Also, the {{helpme}} template is for you to put on your own user page, in case you need help. Please don't put it on other users' pages — that would imply they needed help. :-) — Kimchi.sg | Talk 07:57, 11 February 2006 (UTC)

Is there anyway to change the contents of the box below, for example under Bishan Bus Interchange? Some terminals have closed, particularly Sembawang Rd End and Admiralty Rd West, so I will like to update this box. Appreciate help.
Regarding your question, are you speaking about the infobox on Bishan Bus Interchange titled "Bus stations in Singapore"? — TheKMantalk 05:57, 19 February 2006 (UTC)
- Well I took a look, and the infobox you were speaking of the template, {{Singapore bus stations}}. Just go to Template:Singapore bus stations and edit. Hope this helps. — TheKMantalk 06:01, 19 February 2006 (UTC)
Thanks a lot, I just saw your message and will proceed to do the updating. :)
Leave your creations at the notice board
[edit]Hi Jinhua, put your Singapore-related article creations at the notice board, so that others can take a look and improve the article. There is an "It's new" section for you to put it under, hope you can find it. Thanks for you kind understanding. Also, you should create a userpage for yourself. ;) --Terence Ong 10:57, 20 February 2006 (UTC)
- Hi Terence, as my laptop is rather unstable right now (it keeps crashing) I am more concerned to improve pages first. My userpage can come later :)

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:YJCcrest.gif
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:YJCcrest.gif. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 08:54, 15 January 2008 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of UFM100.3
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on UFM100.3, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator.
